Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@getluxurybeauty.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@getluxurybeauty.com and follow the return steps provided.
